Reactive and Positive

Saba threw the glass on the floor vigorously which turned into infinite pieces and she continuously threw many other objects on the floor and in few minutes the room turned into a garbage container. Still her anger was out of control even after this reaction and she kicked the garbage which injured her foot. It was irritating to all there because she very rarely got angry but whenever she got angry showed an intense reaction.

I believe that when you meet people using rude and irritating language then you must react to it but if you remain calm and try to give no reaction then it can produce negative effects in us. These rections can't be observed at that time but these effects will be out after days or weeks in the form of Saba's reaction.

Sometime we can't like others dialogue with us but we can't react and sometimes we remain quiet on others rude language or bad behaviour with us. Our qiuetness and calmness in turn stores the negative energy which we need to exit at that time. With more similar occasions our negative energy increases which lead to lower our tolerance level, produces depression, anxiety and then it become possible that we will give a huge reaction on even very little irritation from any other person. This negative energy may also exit in the form of tears or like Saba's reaction and physical torture to other persons.

Before you reach to such a critical situation you need to relieve that negative energy at that particular time instead to give a mega reaction. There are effective and positive ways for this purpose. Dialogue or sharing thoughts are very effective way for relieving purpose however playing games, watching entertaining program, yoga, performing prayer, massage and other stress relieving techniques are very useful and effective. So must be reactive and positive but in a right way.
